How Not to Run a MilBlog

I'm a Christian, husband, father, American and Sailor, in that order. I write occasionally for Navy Times, Proceedings, Armed Forces Journal and a number of blogs, hold degrees in management and national security studies, and have completed supplementary studies in systematic and philosophical theology. As a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve, I attained the rank of Commander, deployed five times for four different conflicts and served as an Asia-Pacific Foreign Area Officer and a Surface Warfare Officer.

The opinions published here are my own and are usually at odds with Big Navy
and official U.S. policy, so tell your JAG to stand down, sir!
