Lycos Announces MilBlog Service

Lycos has begun a new service to offer weblogs to servicemen. I will ignore that their careless marketing drones built a site that appears geared to members of the Army alone, but I wonder how successful the program will be given the growing number of administrative and legal burdens placed on service members and their blogs?
